This percolator works wonderful! The coffee basket and pump tube fit perfectly at the bottom. The pump tune extends above the brew basket which allows you to have a better hold when setting in and removing. This percolator has a longer /stronger brewing ability. IMPORTANT…. Update: see below, dated 4/24 & 5/24.I really wanted to like this being a percolator user for decades. I order a used 'like new' one, but it arrived more broken than 'like new' so I returned to get another new one. It does the job and makes a nice, hot, flavorful cup of coffee.
