  Jenny’s Cowboy Rub

  I use a full jar plus brown sugar and spices, salt and pepper. Rub on ribs let sit for half hour while oven preheats to 450. Bake at that temp for 45 minutes then turn temp down to 350 for another 45 minutes. This works well for fall off the bone baby backs. Bake less for on bone and more for thicker ribs.

  Another Solid Instant Espresso to Love

  Ferrara is a very good instant espresso with a solid, hearty flavor; deep and rich. I have become very fond of enjoying espresso after dinner and gave up my machine many years ago as too complicated and too much work. Have Butternut, Cafe Bustelo and 365 by Whole Foods Market brands on hand now and they all are worthy.
