I had tried their House Blend (medium roast) and thought it pretty good considering that I prefer dark roasts. So then I decided to try this French Roast assuming that it would be really good. Eh.. it is doable, but it is not as dark as I like AND it has as hint of tang which should not be part of a dark roast profile.
